Preschool Marches in Temple City's Camellia Parade

Our preschool repeated a long tradition of marching the Temple City's annual Camellia Parade on Saturday, February 23, 2002. More than 100 preschoolers, family members, and staff members walked, rode in wagons and strollers the mile and a half route along Las Tunas Blvd. from Edward's cinema on Rosemead to Rowland Avenue waving at the thousands of spectators. The warm and inviting day resulted in the largest turn-out in Preschool family history. Cold water and Popsicles greeted the weary marchers in Pastor Steve's front yard. Thanks Pastor Steve, and thanks to all of the preschoolers and their families that participated in the parade!
